Daniel Yranzo is a specialist in international cuisine and updated Aragonese cuisine.

Daniel Yranzo is passionate about cooking and flavors. He studied at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Aragón, back in 1998 and, since then, he has visited establishments of different styles all over Spain. He is the chef and presenter on Aragón TV of the gastronomic travel program La Repera, and the daily program La Pera Limonera. He is a great advocate of local and seasonal products, and currently works as a gastronomic and image consultant for the Simply supermarket chain. He also collaborates with the multicultural space Las Armas, where he is in charge of the gastronomic section, and is one of the cooks of the Aragonese brand of appliances Balay. Nowadays, he also travels around Aragon with the foodtruck called "La ReperaSobre Ruedas", in which he elaborates recipes of all kinds with local products, spreading the use of techniques and elaborations from other parts of the world, adapting them to the local recipes.
Respect for the product is the most important thing. It is necessary to know how to value traditions and to promote the peculiarities of each place with its autochthonous products. The job of a good chef is only to continue this path and take it as far as creativity can take it.
