She worked in a number of Panamanian restaurants over the course of her university studies, enabling her to gain experience in different areas of gastronomy. In 2018, at the age of just 22, she won the 'Macro Chef' competition. Her prize was to travel to Switzerland for a culinary tour. Later, she competed in the Cook & Chef contest against 6 representatives of the Panamanian Universities with Culinary Schools to become the very first junior ambassador for C&C. Her passion for cooking means she is always on the lookout to improve her knowledge and experience.
Currently, she is Chef at a well-known Bowling centre in Panama City, while running 'Nanny's', her own catering company.
