1987 – 1990 / Specialises in Graphic Arts at the Graphic Teaching Centre, CEGRA, Caracas, Venezuela. Participates in Drawing Workshops at the 'Federico Brandt' Art Institute, Caracas, Venezuela.
1991 – 1995 / One of the first year to graduate from the 'Armando Reverón' University Institute of Higher Level Plastic Arts, Caracas, Venezuela.
1997 – 2004 / Starts to work as a teacher. Runs the Complementary and Speciality Workshops at the 'Armando Reverón' University Institute of Higher Level Plastic Arts, Caracas, Venezuela.
1985 – 2002 / Works during this period in the Plastic Arts world. Participates in various national and international exhibitions. Wins various Prizes at Visual Arts and Graphic Arts National Fairs and Biennials.
 
GASTRONOMY
1997 / Begins a little Japanese Cuisine Catering and Production Service, while still working in Plastic Arts. 
1999 / Holds various posts in the kitchen at Tantra Restaurant, reaching the position of Sous Chef. Caracas, Venezuela. 
2000 / Sous Chef at La Brasserie Restaurant in La Cuadra Gastonómica, where he begins to work with Chef Sumito Estévez. Caracas, Venezuela. 
2003 – 2016 / Founds the Caracas Culinary Institute (ICC), one of the main Cooking Schools in the city, where he works as a teacher. Owner, Manager and Teacher. Caracas, Venezuela.
2004 – 2007 / Chef and Co-owner of Sibaris Restaurant, gastronomic restaurant. Caracas, Venezuela.
Chef and Co-owner of KAKAO Bombones Venezolanos, boutique chocolate shop. Caracas, Venezuela. 
2008 / Opens El Comedor, a restaurant linked to the Caracas Culinary Institute, for which he is Head Chef and Owner. Caracas, Venezuela.
2010 / Involved in the opening of Mondeque Restaurant, where he and Sumito Estévez share culinary duties to this day. Pampatar, Isla de Margarita, Venezuela.
2013 / Honoured with the 'Golden Fork' Award for Chef of the Year 2013, awarded by the Venezuelan Culinary Academy.
