In 2014, he did various short introductory courses to pastry and confectionery-making at the INFORCAP Institute.

He decided to change direction and re-train himself, continuing to attend educational Workshops and Seminars at other institutes, such as as EFAES and the SARA GAROFALO Cookery School.

In 2015, he took a key step towards professionalism by enrolling at the IGA PARAGUAY Institute of Higher Education. There, he achieved the qualification as a "High Level Technician in Gastronomy & Haute Cuisine" in 2017.

On his own premises, he has undertaken various endeavours: Workshops & Training, in addition to the daily activities of producing delicacies and goodies for different business and social events.

He also appears on television, in the programme "Mañana Plus" – Guaraní Network, Channel 2.
