Chef Naim’s appetite for discovery has taken him to far flung destinations, picking up culinary nuances that have shaped his technique over the years.

The Malaysian born chef began his journey in his mother’s kitchen where he learned the foundations of what would become his life’s trade. From Maghreb, where he learned the colourful cuisines of the Amazigh Berbers, to Common Independent state of Russia country, as a head chef  where he spent two years getting to know the uniquely Turkic, Baltic and Slavic blends of cooking, Chef Naim’s influences range far and wide.

His legendary laksa makes an appearance on his Malaysia international Gastronomy Festival menu year 2016 Award, and with Boston Bay Mussels added in the broth, this is one unique creation you absolutely must try. one of the finest malaysian Master chef have produce.
