15 years working in the kitchens of South America learning the gastronomy and using it to bring together continents and countries, washing away both borders and geographical limitations.

A lecturer and instructor in gastronomy at Private Institutes and professional vocational centres, an advisor for over ten years, Chef Marigliano always seeks out restaurants in the red.  Producer and presenter of his own cooking programme (Cocina Fácil TV), he both teaches and creates simple, easy-to-make recipes for the benefit of the household economy. 

The Chef gives Master Classes at national culinary events and international universities and has also participated as a guest juror on international cookery competitions.

He fosters group projects to work with small and medium producers in and around his region, aiming to build awareness of good agricultural practices, making the new generations of cooks aware of the importance of regaining the flavour of what we eat, and seeking to take care of the land and all the products it so generously provides us.
