I was born in Rome in 1984 and at 18 I start to travel... I started a kitchen school in Barcelona with the famous chef Louis Orlan, and I stayed there during 5 years, than I moved to Mexico and I open my first restaurant " Mediterraneo" mixing Mediterranean food with Mexican, after 8 mouths I open a second. After 3 years I moved to London in Mayfair...

After 3 years I moved to London in Mayfair hotel with silvena Rowe as chef patron, after 1 year I moved to Rome and I start to work in different restaurant as chef patron( il laboratorio deal gusto 94 and abitudini e follie, Molto ristorante)Then I moved to Los Angeles working downtown in portofino restaurant... During those years I worked about mixing exotic ingredients with Mediterranean I think it´s called fusion!I learned  not only from Michelin star chefs but also from the people I met during the time I´ve been traveling...€¨€¨€¨€¨
