I am a young chef who is looking to learn and contribute with my experience. Now that I have my own culinary project, I can uncover my understanding of gastronomy and how I view the concept. I have held posts with significant responsibility and demands, coordinating teams of over 8 people. I have also worked as an instructor for various culinary competitions. My goal is to provide a unique service.
