 Among the young Brazilian cooks, Thiago Chiericatti, or the chef Chiericatti, as many know, has entered deserved prominence. Its willingness to create and print, prints new readings, a classic of the international gastronomy and also a mining, having by peculiar characteristic, almost a trademark, a finalization of its dishes, always with perfection. With thirteen full years of road, a path traveled with much learning and much love for gastronomy. "I love what I do and I do not measure what I say," one of his phrases and his own awareness of the woman and her personality.

 

In his curriculum are for Italy in 2011, back to Brazil, he was ahead of the teams of the Hotel Ouro Minas and the Galpão of the restaurant and the friend Marcos Malzone, in addition to a kitchen of the top World, restaurant, classified by Casa Vogue as a of the top 50 restaurants in the world in 2014.
