Vincent Lim (AKA Chef V) first stepped into the kitchen in the mid-1990s. Since then his appetite for food has taken him all over the world.


With over 20 years in the business, Chef Vincent has had a varied working life covering a range of roles such as executive chef in five-start restaurants, catering for large (and also intimate) events, and running bustling private clubs and kitchens. His skills have spilt into the international media via writing regular food columns and celebrity cooking demonstrations. 



Passionate about food he believes “Preparation of food is a labour of love. It takes pride, love and passion to bring soul into your food. What a blessing to sit in front of a dining table, with lots of foods to eat, wine to drink, stories to tell and experiences to share.”



Now based in Perth, he uses his extensive experience and business skills consulting to restaurants across Australasia who seek guidance on all things foodie including menu creation, marketing, restaurant systems and product development.


He is also a brand Ambassador for many companies across the world. He is also Ambassador for Ozharvest WA, Appointed as Destination Ambassador for Tourism Western Australia and a host for Chef V FooDiscovery Show for the Chinese Media in Perth.
