1- Peel the spinach, cut it finely and set aside.

2- in a pan, melt the butter and oil. Add the onion, cut into very small cubes and fry well. When it starts to brown, add the spinach and stir it over and over until it wilts well.

3- season with salt and pepper to taste, add the wheat flour and mix well until it forms a dough.

5- remove from the pan, spread the dough in a mold and take it to refrigerate.

6- After fully cooled, make balls and bread, passing in the wheat flour, then in the scrambled egg and finally in the bread flour.

7- fry in oil at 160ºC until golden.
