Elaboration

  1. Bake beet root for 1 hour at 1800C
  2. Bake pecan nuts in the oven for 10 minutes at 1500C
  3. Separately prepare a dressing comprised of olive oil, pepper, Xerex vinegar, honey and salt
  4. Slice small pieces of cheese
  5. Decorate with green mizuna
