Method.

Preheat the oven to 160°C.  

In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, honey, dessert wine, olive oil and oregano.

Put the shoulders of lamb in an  ovenproof dish, spoon over the previously prepared dressing and season with salt and pepper. 

Roast in the oven at 160°C for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 

Serve each portion of lamb on a plate...
