Ingredients 4 persons
  • 2 cups of ground or finely diced fish
  • ½ cup of grated carrot
  • ½ cup of finely diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup of diced mild onion
  • 1 cucumber (for decoration)
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • 3 Persian lemons or enough juice to marinate without totally covering the ingredients
  • ½ cup of diced coriander
