  1. Season the crab with curry powder, salt, pepper, lime and olive oil.
  2. Serve within a ring of cucumber.
  3. Sprinkle with radish, dill and green apple.
  4. Infuse the cream with the horseradish; place in a syphon.
  5. Create a cylinder using a slice of white turnip.
  6. Fill the turnip cylinder with horseradish mousse.
  7. Sprinkle with curry powder.
