Ingredients 4 persons
  • 2 - 1 1/2-pound lobsters
  • cooked and sliced in half lengthwise
  • 2 oz. Caviar
  • 3 ea. Cherry Tomato
  • 3 ea. edible flowers
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons capers drained
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • Pinch of Maldon salt
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
