Ingredients 4 persons
  • 1 cup finely sliced fish
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • 1 spoonful lemon
  • 3 spoonfuls mayonnaise - ground
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green onion
  • 1/3 Serrano chilli
  • 1 spoonful mustard powder
  • 1 spoonful purple onion
  • 1 spoonful parsley mixed with peppermint.
