  1. Slice all the vegetables in fine slices, marinate them with a vinegar - sugar reduction, olive oil of good quality and salt.
  2. Roast a part of the champignons in a pan just season with salt and some slices of garlic.
  3. Then put all the vegetables on the plate, add the champignon creme and the mayonnaise. Drizzle with the bacon...
