Method.

Put the quartered tomatoes and onions, the halved potatoes, the olive oil and half the cava in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper. 

Roast in the oven at 160°C for approximately 45 minutes.

Once this time has elapsed, add the four pieces of hake, seasoned with salt and pepper, the thyme and the rest of the cava. Bake in the oven...
