Preparation   

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl. (starch, salt, cheese)

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a microwave.

Then, tip the melted butter in the midst of the ingredients and start to stir until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Once this consistency is obtained, place the preparation in individual containers leaving a gap for the filling....

  • 200 g Cassava starch
  • 100 g Butter
  • 75 g Paraguay cheese
  • 5 g Fine salt
  • Guava paste (to taste).
