 METHOD

  1. Blend all the ingredients together except the almond milk. Then, add in the milk little by little to attain the desired texture.
  2. Divide into portions and put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
  3. Cut the uchuvas in half and add in the sugar; leave in the freezer for an hour.
  4. Serve the portions with the uchuvas on top.

Ingredients 4 persons
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 bar chocolate (80%)
  • 2 spoonfuls powdered cocoa
  • 2 spoonfuls agave syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ lemon (juice)
  • 1 small box uchuvas
  • 2 spoonfuls panela (sugar).
