METHOD
  1. Add the cooked quinoa to the beet cream a little at a time. Do the same with the flour until a smooth texture is obtained which can be used to make burgers. Rectify with salt and, if desired, add in recently ground pepper.
  2. Put the burgers in a hot pan; seal on both sides and cook on a low flame.

METHOD

BEET CREAM
  1. Cook the beet in salted water; take off the flame; blend with the water to achieve the desired texture.
