Procedure 

1. Mix the quinoa in a bowl. 

2. Add in all the vegetables.

3. Add the vinaigrette. 

4. Serve.

Ingredients 4 persons
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 spoonfuls chopped red onion
  • 2 spoonfuls diced tomatoes
  • 2 spoonfuls diced seedless cucumber
  • 2 spoonfuls black olives
  • 2 spoonfuls grated carrot
  • 2 spoonfuls wild mushrooms
  • 2 spoonfuls corn
  • 6 spoonfuls Pencas Vinaigrette
  • Salt
  • Pepper.
