Method:

 

Mix the flours, bicarbonate, salt and cumin with water to create a dense paste. Leave to stand.

Cut the ginger, coriander and peppers and add them to the paste. Leave to stand.

Chop the spinach and add it to the paste.

Heat up plenty of olive oil and, using a spoon, make balls from the paste. Place them in the pan to fry until golden...
