Ingredients 4 persons
  • 1 cup tuna steak
  • ½ cubed
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup plantain semi-ripe peeled and diced
  • ½ red onion chopped
  • 1 chile habanero de-seeded and finely chopped or to taste
  • 3 cilantro sprigs finely sliced crosswise.
