Spices are the secret of the Moroccan cuisine. That’s what Faim d’Epices proposes to find out in their cooking class on a little farm located near the neighbourhood of Marrakesh. turmeric, ginger, cumin, saffron and argan oil will not be a secret for you. From beginners to expert chefs, hundreds of people enjoy the amazing traditional Moroccan foods, breads, crepes, salads, tajines and, of course, the most popular dish : couscous, which on its own needs three hours of preparation to be made the correct way.

 

Faim d’Epices is a part of a travel group which offer food tours, culinary discoveries and wine tastings all over Morocco. Faim d’epices has been selected by Travel and Leisure as one of the best cooking classes around the world and, in the last 4 years, has had the highest food activity in Marrakesh.

The Cook & Chef Institute Foundation is equipping HRC Culinary Academy with a selection of BERGNER products. HRC Culinary Academy is the premier culinary school in Bulgaria. The Academy offers 2-year program in Culinary Arts and 3-semester program in F&B Management, developed by educational and industry leaders. The program is completely taught in English by international Chef instructors.

During the study program, students have a chance to experience Bulgaria, Western Europe the USA and our BERGNER products all at once. The school also features a 100-seat demo theatre which will be a stage for some of the best chefs worldwide, working with sponsored equipment.

Bergner has equipped the kitchen of La Zarola with a selection of products in order to contribute to the realisation of activities and innovations in the gastronomic space. Through various themes, the students, helped by the culinary instructors, participate in the preparation of the recipes and later enjoy tastings to savour an unforgettable experience.

BERGNER SIGNS COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH ARGENTINA THE WORKSHOP PRESTIGIOUS SCHOOL SCHOOL OF CULINARY ARTS

The company Bergner, Europe’s market leader in household products and the prestigious school,The School of Culinary Art El Obrador have signed a collaboration agreement to promote learning, research and exchange of knowledge between professionals in the kitchen.

Bergner is equipping the school kitchen with a selection of its product range and in turn the school will contribute to the technological and innovative development of the Austrian company through testing by teachers, chefs, and students. As such the association between Bergner and El Obrador will enrich the training of future chefs and better prepare them to be masters of their field.

Emiliano Schobert and his wife Lucia De Biaggio opened El Obrador School of Culinary Art in Bariloche in September 2007. It was created to meet the need for constant training and study in gastronomy in this area, and with the collaboration this goal is met more easily.

 

ACCORDING TO THE SEASON

Bergner, European market leader in its field, and the prestigious Lainston House Hotel belonging to the Exclusive Hotels and Venues group have signed a collaboration agreement to promote learning, research and exchange of knowledge between professionals in the culinary industry.

The Season is located within the stunning grounds of 25 hectares of Lainston House, an exclusive hotel near Winchester, Hampshire. Directed by chef Sylvain Gachot, The Season incorporates the latest in equipment and furniture Gaggenau Bulthaup kitchen with equipment Bergner kitchenware.The courses will be taught by prestigious chefs: Matt Gillan (1 Michelin star and 4 AA Rosettes), Michael Wignall (2 Michelin stars and 5 AA Rosettes), Richard Davies (1 Michelin star and 3 AA Rosettes), Olly Rouse (3 rosettes AA) as well as many other guest chefs highly qualified and experienced.
