Ruly Jiménez, 28 years old and born in Parla (Madrid), is a chef who from an early age has been acquiring knowledge in his grandparents' restaurant, where he already knew what his destiny was going to be. With a 54% disability, dysphemia, TDH and hyperactivity, he has been and is an example of overcoming and breaking through limits. These limits were exemplified when in 2019 he earned his first honorary Michelin Star and in 2020 he earned his second.  Along with his achievements, he also stands out from the medal of merit of the cuisine of Spain and Latin America. Always related to the culinary world, he is currently dedicated to giving lectures, is a private chef at home and always overcoming all the limits that have arisen.
