The Escuela Superior de Gastronomía y Hostelería de Toledo is a private centre that offers regulated training with an official qualification, continuous training and occupational training, as well as monographic and ad hoc courses for institutions, companies and public and private entities.The Escuela Superior de Gastronomía y Hostelería was inaugurated on 19th May 1999. It is a private centre with an official public qualification (Official Journal of Castilla-La Mancha nº 63 of 22-05-2002), and has become a regional, national and international reference centre, thanks to teaching processes based on criteria of quality and excellence, which aim to cover with professionals backed by prestigious training the urgent demand of the sector, which demands the following needs:
