At the Foundation, we pay attention to the needs of society so we can design initiatives that respond to their problems and create new opportunities. We work with organisations, restaurants and local producers who share the desire to combat hunger and promote supportive sustainable gastronomy.

We promote the creation of social dining rooms as a response to the socio-economic consequences of the pandemic. Within these, we offer companionship and support, nutritious food that is hot and of good quality, and pleasant and inclusive surroundings.

We see cooking as a route to inclusion. We work with our chefs to offer cookery workshops for children and young people with physical and mental disabilities, with the objective of facilitating their inclusion in the employment market.

We develop projects aimed at improving people’s health through nutrition. We try to combat child malnutrition (#PreschoolEducationProject) and we guarantee vulnerable collectives access to quality foods.
