Our chefs
The chefs that form part of our family are professionals from haute cuisine with an in-depth knowledge of gastronomy and its processes. At the Foundation, they find a space to work together, share and inspire people.

We promote the creation of collaboration agreements with culinary institutions, associations and universities from 17 different countries. We promote education and talent creation as key elements to improve the future.

We work with experts in health, nutrition, emotional well-being and promoters of a healthy lifestyle at all levels. Their work helps us to raise awareness about the need for people to readjust their habits and choices as consumers.
SOCIETY
We support local businesses and the consumption of seasonal produce.
We offer ideas for menu planning and to reduce food waste.
We promote saving water, recycling and a reduction in the use of plastics.
We are committed to organic products and environmental education.
