We process the personal data you supply in the aforementioned email or through any of the website forms, the following in particular: Name, email, type, company, and Position. 

3. Purpose of processing 

Personal data are processed for the following purposes: 

  1. To correctly identify users; 
  2. To provide information requested by users; 
  3. To study and understand user needs to improve their website experience; 
  4. To perform basic administrative tasks; Competitions and Prize Draws. If the user participates in the competitions and prize draws organised by COOK & CHEF INSTITUTE, their personal data would be processed to manage their participation in these events, in addition to receiving the results of said events. Likewise, if the user wins, the personal data would be used to contact them.  
  5. Promotions or discounts. In the event that the user wishes to benefit from a promotion or discount coupon, the personal data requested will be processed for the purpose of commercial communications.

At the user's request, personal data will be used to send marketing communications via email on products and services provided by COOK & CHEF INSTITUTE. Consent granted to receive commercial information can always be revoked, without backdating. With each marketing communiqué received, the user will be informed of the procedures in place to freely oppose the processing of their data for commercial purposes.

In the event that the user wishes to receive training advertised on the Website, the data collected will be used for activities related to the same purpose, and may be shared, for this sole purpose, with third parties providing such training. ​COOK & CHEF INSTITUTE does not use personal data to create profiles and takes no automated decisions based on the same.

The data provided are retained if the user does not request their deletion. This notwithstanding, the data will be stored for the legally determined period per legal, tax and accountancy law, with the date of the request for data deletion by the interested party as the point of reference.
