Bergner, with the Cook and Chef Institute, and the ISAC cooking school in Panama have signed a collaboration agreement to promote learning, research and the exchange of knowledge among professionals in the world of cooking.

ISAC PANAMA was the first cooking school that the Ministry of Education of Panama approved in 2004.

The educational quality, the practical hours, the practices in hotels and restaurants have become the standard of this institution. They currently have more than 500 graduates, including Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Chefs and even restaurant and hotel managers.

The ISAC of Panama brings to the society very well prepared chefs, with knowledge in modern cuisine, Panamanian cuisine, pastry and many other things, to be at the level of the most important gastronomic cities in the world.

Thanks to schools like the ISAC of Panama, the Cook and Chef Institute can count on an exclusive seal of quality that only grants to the collections that have successfully passed the tests that the different chefs and students have carried out.
