The Panama International Hotel School

Bergner and The Panama International Hotel School have signed a collaboration agreement to promote learning, research and the exchange of knowledge among professionals in the cooking world.

The Panama International Hotel School is an institution of higher education that offers specialized programs in hospitality and culinary arts through a model of theoretical/practical learning. The school has the hotel facilities as well as specialized laboratories complemented by an academic training offered by professors with extensive experience and internationally certified.

The agreement signed between both companies makes official the practice of training activities, research and exchange of experiences that contribute to strengthen the training of the new generations of chefs. In addition, Bergner will equip the school kitchen with a selection of products and, for its part, The Panama International Hotel School will tests each of this products by teachers and chefs and students.
