The Cook & Chef Institute foundation has signed a partnership agreement with SVCH (School of Best Chefs) in Saint Petersburg (Russia). Both institutions seek to create perfect synergy within the framework of gastronomy and nutrition.

SVCH School of Best Chefs is a Cooking School that provides the best culinary education to professionals (chefs and sous-chefs) and amateurs through a variety of intensive courses that range from 2 to 14 days of duration. The key course in our school is the ADVANCED COURSE FOR CHEFS, which lasts for 11 days and compiles around 40 top-rated active chefs from Saint-Petersburg (including Dmitry Blinov, Igor Grishechkin, Fabrizio Fatucci and many others).Top chefs, every month, teach a group of less experienced chefs (12 students), a variety of culinary disciplines. Each chef teaches a subject that he/she is more advanced in, that way our students, through a vast amount of master-classes (75 teaching hours in 11 days), gets a full baggage of new techniques and culinary knowledge. Other courses in our school are shorter in duration, 2-3 days, and include separate culinary disciplines such as Professional Bread-making, Professional desserts, Chef Creativity course, and many others. We have also recently started a variety of restaurant management courses, and plan to develop this direction as well.Overall, 60-70% of our students are from different regions of Russia, from Sochi to Vladivostok, so our main mission is to spread quality food and cooking techniques all across the country, and improve the taste experiences of all the people in Russia.
