The Villa Retiro Cooking School was founded in 2016 with the aim of training professionals in the world of cooking and specialising in gastronomy. A distinguishing feature of the school is that it is located within the facilities of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Our students see the day-to-day running of a restaurant and work with top quality products. Our training is 75% practical, which facilitates a high degree of employability of the students.

 The school is approved to teach certificates of professionalism levels 1, 2 and 3 in Cooking and Catering.
