Banana desert with pineapple

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
½ fresh pineapple
100 g raw cashew nuts
100 g tahini-halva with caramel
100 ml canned coconut milk
1 Tsp brown sugar with vanilla
1 lime
2 blades fresh mint
ice cream for the serving

Method: 

Put the coconut milk in a shaker or blender jug, add peeled bananas, cashews, tahini -halva, the juice and the zest of the lime and sugar. Grind into thick paste.
Pour into a bowl and add the diced pineapple and chopped mint.
Distribute the mixture in fireproofed bowls.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 190 C. Allow to cool.
Serve the banana desert with ice-cream.
