Bergner opens its first Social Canteen in Tangier

At Cook & Chef Institute are committed to creating and living in an inclusive and diverse environment. Our goal is to guarantee equal opportunities for all, without exception, and to bring about favorable environment which facilitates and enhances equal opportunities, non-discrimination and diversity.

Committed to and working for the social inclusion of childhood and young people with physical and mental disabilities, we have opened in Tangier -together with the NGO Cooperación Internacional- a space for the training of young people with disabilities from the Niños del Paraíso Association in the culinary field with the aim of offering them greater learning, training and encouraging their personal, professional and social development, always maintaining a focus on sustainability. The aim is to open a new dimension to the inclusion of these young people between 12 and 30 years old.

This space will be used for theoretical culinary art classes, practical cooking classes and different sessions on culinary language and communication, organization and management, and environment and hygiene.
