Workshop with Multifunctional Plants

San Ignacio´s brand, following its commitment to environmental protection, organized a workshop with multifunctional plants -edible species- in one of the Carrefour Spain centers.

Eight families of the Carrefour Club participated and prepared recipes with these plants and articles of San Ignacio after a brief masterclass given by the educators of Ecoherencia.

The workshop was also attended by Samantha Vallejo-Nágera, Cook & Chef Institute Foundation ambassador and Masterchef judge.

It was a great success.
