Cauliflower Rice Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 large cauliflower
Sea salt
Ghee
1 spoonful cumin seeds
Peppermint to taste
Turmeric to taste.
METHOD
  1. Carefully wash the cauliflower; grate (or put through a food processor) to achieve the texture of rice.
  2. Put the ghee and cumin seeds into a hot pan with the turmeric; then, add in the rice and salt; fry well. Add finely chopped peppermint, then take off the flame.
  3. Season and serve around a flower created from an avocado.
