30gr chipotle mayonnaise100gr cooked shrimp
100gr Acapulco ceviche
20gr fried leek onion
16gr avocado hass
2 pcs tostadas.
ELABORATION
- Fry two corn tortillas.
- Cook the shrimp in hot water for 5 minutes, then dip them in cold water.
- Marinate with the cevicha sauce for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the plate with a banana leaf and, on it, place the fried tortillas, to which chipotle mayonnaise and ceviche are added.
- Finish with fried leek onion and a slice of avocado.
