Ceviche Toast

Ingredients

30gr chipotle mayonnaise
100gr cooked shrimp
100gr Acapulco ceviche
20gr fried leek onion
16gr avocado hass
2 pcs tostadas.

 ELABORATION

  1. Fry two corn tortillas.
  2. Cook the shrimp in hot water for 5 minutes, then dip them in cold water.
  3. Marinate with the cevicha sauce for 2 minutes.
  4. Assemble the plate with a banana leaf and, on it, place the fried tortillas, to which chipotle mayonnaise and ceviche are added.
  5. Finish with fried leek onion and a slice of avocado.
