Cod in olive oil recipe

Ingredients

1 kilo of cod fillets
desalted
500 to 700 ml of olive oil
10 cloves of garlic
10 to 15 mini onions (I used the red one) or 4 onions cut into 4 pieces
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
15 pieces of black or white pepper
2 pre-cooked potatoes
1 bunch of broccoli.

 

Place the cod fillets in a refractory, on top place the garlic cloves, small onions, basil and black peppercorns; Cut the potatoes in 4 and separate the broccoli sprigs and place together. 

Add the oil and bake at 180 degrees to 200 degrees for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
