Ingredients
30 dkg rice
15-20 dkg crab meat
5-6 dkg sea urchin meat
fish stock
olive oil
onion
salt
pepper
white wine
ELABORATION
Put olive oil in a pan, then slowly stew crab and sea urchin meat.
Pour fish stock. stew rice with onion and white wine. let it cool down
Add it to the sea urchin and crab sauce.
Cook everything slowly, flavor as you wish and add some white wine.
At the end, you can add a little bit of salsa sauce because of color and density.
Before serving add a little bit of butter and parmesan.
