400g Curd Ceese
4 Eggs
Fresh Vanilla
1 Lemon
Sugar
150g Briche Bread
sliced in Cubes
250g Elderberries
0.75L Redwine
100g Sugar
1 Apple
100g Puffed Rice
2pcs dried milkfoam
elderberry-ice cream.

 Elaboration

  1. At first, prepare the curd cheese dumplings, with curd cheese, Brioche Bread, Eggs, Vanilla, Lime cest and sugar. The dough should rest for 2 hours in the fridge, then cook them slowly for 15 minutes, after that put them in roasted, fine bread crumbs.
