Ingredients

2 - 1 1/2-pound lobsters
cooked and sliced in half lengthwise
2 oz. Caviar
3 ea. Cherry Tomato
3 ea. edible flowers
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons capers drained
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped dill
Pinch of Maldon salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper.

Directions

Arrange the lobster on the plate. Garnish with caviar and cherry Tomaoes
