Today we want to share the Inspirational Session "Inclusion through cooking" with which Randy Siles captivated the audience of Gastronomix, the International Congress of Sustainable Gastronomy.
In it, he presented a personal case with his cooking school for young people at risk of social exclusion, offering them an alternative by training them and offering them work. You are an inspiration, Randy.
