1 kilo de Camarones
1 kilo de Ostiones
1 cebolla morada
1/2 taza de perejil fresco picado
Mantequilla
Pimienta negra molida
Elaboration
- In a large frying pan place 2 tablespoons of butter
- Melt and add the red onion cut in feathers
- Sauté and add the shrimp (peeled), cook for 1 minute, mix and add the oysters
- Season with pepper and mix the ingredients
- Let cook for a couple of minutes (until the shrimp change color)
- Remove from heat and add the fresh parsley
- Mix and serve immediately
