Hot salad of oysters and shrimps

Ingredients

1 kilo de Camarones
1 kilo de Ostiones
1 cebolla morada
1/2 taza de perejil fresco picado
Mantequilla
Pimienta negra molida

Elaboration

  • In a large frying pan place 2 tablespoons of butter 
  • Melt and add the red onion cut in feathers
  • Sauté and add the shrimp (peeled), cook for 1 minute, mix and add the oysters
  • Season with pepper and mix the ingredients
  • Let cook for a couple of minutes (until the shrimp change color)
  • Remove from heat and add the fresh parsley 
  • Mix and serve immediately
