1 lamb loinPotatoes

pepper and rosemary or thymus
METHOD
- Season the loin with salt, pepper and the other herbs. Brown off it in a pan on both sides.
- Put the loin in a parcel prepared with oven paper full of hay. Close the parcel and cook in oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, then leave it rest outside the oven.
- Peel potatoes and dig up little balls and cook them in a pot.
- Serve the lamb loin without hay.
You can prepare a green sauce with zucchini boiled for 5 minutes in water, spinned with oil and fresh mint.
