Organic chocolate mousse with avocado

Ingredients
1 large avocado1 bar chocolate (80%)
2 spoonfuls powdered cocoa
2 spoonfuls agave syrup
1 cup almond milk
1 pinch of salt
½ lemon (juice)
1 small box uchuvas
2 spoonfuls panela (sugar).
METHOD
- Blend all the ingredients together except the almond milk. Then, add in the milk little by little to attain the desired texture.
- Divide into portions and put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Cut the uchuvas in half and add in the sugar; leave in the freezer for an hour.
- Serve the portions with the uchuvas on top.
