Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

1 cup cooked quinoa
2 spoonfuls chopped red onion
2 spoonfuls diced tomatoes
2 spoonfuls diced seedless cucumber
2 spoonfuls black olives
2 spoonfuls grated carrot
2 spoonfuls wild mushrooms
2 spoonfuls corn
6 spoonfuls Pencas Vinaigrette
Salt
Pepper.

Procedure 

1. Mix the quinoa in a bowl. 

2. Add in all the vegetables.

3. Add the vinaigrette. 

4. Serve.

Note: Can be served with chicken or salmon. Client's choice.
