MARCH
Fruits in March: Avocado, kiwi, lemon and orange.
March vegetables: Chard, celery, cabbage, cauliflower, asparagus, endive, spinach, lettuce.
APRIL
April fruits: Avocado, orange, loquat.
April vegetables: Chard, artichoke, celery, endive, asparagus, spinach, pea, lettuce, carrot.
MAY
May fruits: Apricot, cherry, strawberry, loquat.
